Welcome City of Jamestown Medicare Eligible Retirees

Medicare Supplements do not mandate a one size fits all prescription drug plan. Instead there is a choice of plans - 28 for Chautauqua County.  

Each retiree should select a plan thru Arcade Senior Services prior to start date. Arcade will provide guidance to plan selection on an individual basis for the balance of the year if not a January start. 

Every year following, between Oct  15th and Dec 7th, Arcade will provide guidance for the upcoming year without cost.

Arcade will always be available to discuss changes to plans or new prescriptions through out the year.

Arcade will provide a secure document vault (without cost) to all retirees to store documents such as applications, confirmations or anything else that may need to shared.

Arcade will assist with creating a user id and password for Medicare.gov. Important tasks will be completed such as naming Authorized Representatives to speak to Medicare in the event it becomes necessary.

Arcade will assist all NY residents with the application for the State Pharmaceutical Assistance Program called EPIC.
